SERVICES
I have the best job. I get to do something a little different everyday.
And I do it safely and properly. I work hourly, no general or subcontracting.
All jobs under $500, parts and labor.
GENERAL REPAIRS: door locks, knobs, hinges, thresholds, loose trim/casing, drywall and plaster patching, light bulb replacement, table and chair repair, cabinet pulls and hinges
MINOR ELECTRICAL: replace outlets, additional outlets, inwall and outside of wall, ceiling fan, GFCI install, breaker updates, exterior outlets and encasing, light fixture replace or install, exterior flood, house, irrigation lights. *some jobs may require a licensed electrician.
MINOR PAINTING: room touch-ups, molding, color match.
MINOR PLUMBING: dripping faucet, clogged drain, running toilet, hard to turn faucet handles, faucet replacement, caulking, sink support, exhaust fan clean or replace.
THE LIST GOES ON: TV/picture hanging, baseboard and trim install, shelving install (floating, commercial, elfa, custom), IKEA & other furniture assembly, one day condo fix up, basic irrigation, solar tube install, exterior fixture refinish.
*As long as it does not require a licensed plumber, electrician, or contractor, and stays below $500, I can probably do it for you.
MY WORK
Oh, the joy of crossing something off your to-do list that's been there since 'ya moved in.' I deliver that feeling. Below are a few photos of my work. My name is Joel. I am a Handyman serving the LA area. Nearly all of my business comes from referrals. I do a wide variety of tasks for people. I'd estimate I complete 3-8 tasks on each of my visits. Once I start making people's lives a little better with the small things, they inevitably start finding more things for me to do. I enjoy building that relationship with my clients.
